Visivra review: what we could verify about its eye support formula
Visivra names six ingredients often used in eye health supplements. The seller page does not publish ingredient amounts or a Supplement Facts panel, which leaves the most useful question unanswered: how does the formula compare with the doses studied in people?
Our verdict: 2 / 5
| Ingredient evidence | 2.5 | Some ingredient-level research for eye comfort, but it does not test Visivra |
|---|---|---|
| Dosing vs. research | 1 | The seller page does not show amounts, forms or serving directions |
| Label transparency | 1 | No readable Supplement Facts panel or complete label was available |
| Value and refund terms | 3.5 | $49 to $79 per bottle with a 60-day refund period; package shipping differs |
Worth considering if you want to review the seller's listed ingredients and package prices, understand the limits of the available research, and are comfortable asking the seller for a complete label before ordering.
Probably skip it if you need to know exact ingredient doses before buying or want a formula that can be checked directly against human trial amounts. The public page does not provide enough information for that comparison.
Keep regular eye care in the picture: supplements do not replace routine eye exams. New or changing vision symptoms deserve prompt attention from an eye care professional.

What Visivra is
Visivra Advanced Eye Support is marketed as a dietary supplement for visual clarity and eye comfort. The landing page we reviewed names lutein, zeaxanthin, bilberry extract, astaxanthin, zinc and vitamin A. It also describes its approach as an “Ocular Support & Visual Clarity Matrix,” with claims about antioxidant defenses, eye fatigue and blue light exposure.
That page does not identify a daily serving, capsule count, ingredient forms or amounts. We could not find a readable Supplement Facts label there. It is therefore not possible to confirm whether the product contains these six ingredients in meaningful amounts, or whether it contains anything else. These missing details are why the dose and label transparency scores are low.
The landing page identifies BuyGoods as the retailer and lists RedRock Fulfillment as its order inquiry contact. The sales presentation does not name a manufacturer. The page is the source for the offer details below, checked October 23, 2026.
The named ingredients next to the research
The table compares published human research with what the seller page discloses. Where the product amount or form is unavailable, no dose comparison can be made. Several studies below tested people with particular eye conditions or tested multi-ingredient formulas. Those results should not be read as evidence that Visivra has the same effects.
| Named ingredient | Visivra information | Relevant human research | What we can conclude |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lutein and zeaxanthin | Amounts and forms not stated | AREDS2 tested 10 mg lutein plus 2 mg zeaxanthin daily within a broader study formula [1] | There is research on these carotenoids, but we cannot tell whether Visivra supplies comparable amounts |
| Bilberry extract | Amount and standardization not stated | Trials used 240 mg daily for 12 weeks or 480 mg daily for 8 weeks in separate study settings [3] [4] | Amounts and extract details matter; the product page gives neither |
| Astaxanthin | Amount and form not stated | A trial title records a combined astaxanthin, lutein and zeaxanthin intervention after screen use [5] | A combination study cannot isolate astaxanthin's contribution, and it does not establish the Visivra dose |
| Zinc and vitamin A | Amounts and chemical forms not stated | These nutrients appear in broader eye nutrition research and in multi-nutrient products, not as a test of Visivra [1] [7] | There is no basis here to compare Visivra with those study formulas |
Lutein and zeaxanthin: research is not a formula match
The best-known large trial in this area, AREDS2, enrolled 4,203 adults aged 50 to 85 who already had retinal findings that put them at risk of progression. Participants received 10 mg lutein plus 2 mg zeaxanthin daily as part of a larger supplement study. In the primary comparison, adding the carotenoids did not significantly change the primary outcome versus placebo over a median five years [1]. This is useful context for the evidence, but it is not a trial of general eye comfort, and it does not test Visivra.
A meta-analysis of eight randomized trials in people with age-related macular changes reported associations between lutein and zeaxanthin supplementation and several visual function measures [2]. A separate network meta-analysis reviewed antioxidant supplement trials and outcomes such as macular pigment optical density and visual function [8]. Study populations, combinations and endpoints vary. None tells us whether the unspecified Visivra amounts match the research.
Bilberry: a few trials measured screen-related comfort
Bilberry is the ingredient with the clearest direct connection to eye fatigue in the studies we reviewed. In a randomized 12-week study, 109 healthy adults were assigned 240 mg of standardized bilberry extract daily or placebo. The researchers reported improvement in selected measurements of ciliary muscle contraction after visual display tasks [3].
Another randomized study screened 281 office workers aged 20 to 40 and enrolled 88 participants with lower baseline measures. The bilberry group took 480 mg daily for eight weeks. The study found a difference in one objective measure after screen loading and reported improvement in some self-rated fatigue symptoms [4]. These are modest, specific findings in younger working adults. They do not establish what an undisclosed quantity of bilberry in Visivra might do for men over 50.
Astaxanthin, zinc and vitamin A
The PubMed record we checked for astaxanthin describes a randomized trial that combined it with lutein and zeaxanthin after visual display terminal use in healthy participants [5]. Because the ingredients were used together, that study cannot show which ingredient accounted for any observed difference. The seller page also does not disclose Visivra's dose or form.
Zinc and vitamin A have roles in normal body function, and both have appeared in broader eye nutrition formulas. A six-month trial of a multi-ingredient product in 30 participants with intermediate retinal changes included lutein, zeaxanthin, zinc and several other ingredients [7]. That study cannot isolate the effect of zinc or vitamin A, and its product is different from Visivra. We found no trial of the complete Visivra blend.
What the marketing says and what we could verify
The page uses the phrase “Ocular Support & Visual Clarity Matrix” for its proposed mechanism and says the ingredients work together to support antioxidant defenses and defend against blue light exposure. We could not trace that named matrix to a published clinical study. Nor did we find a published trial testing Visivra as a finished formula.
Some ingredients have been studied separately, and some combinations have been examined in small human trials. That is not the same as evidence for this product, its dose, or the broad statements in the sales presentation. The available page does not provide enough detail to connect those claims to a specific Visivra formula.
Price, packages and refund policy
The seller page lists packages in 2, 3 and 6 bottle sizes. It states supplies of 60, 90 and 180 days respectively, which implies 30 days per bottle. We use that stated package duration; the daily serving size is not shown. Listed prices on October 23, 2026:
- 6 bottles: $49 per bottle, $294 total, free US shipping.
- 3 bottles: $69 per bottle, $207 total, free US shipping.
- 2 bottles: $79 per bottle, $158 total, plus shipping. The shipping amount is not shown.
The seller states a 60-day money-back guarantee. Its terms page also gives a 60-day return period. Check the return instructions and total at checkout before purchase, especially because shipping differs by package. The lowest per-bottle price requires buying the six-bottle package, so compare the total payment with the amount you intend to spend.

How Visivra compares with other eye support supplements
These are label-level comparisons, not head-to-head tests. iGenics lists amounts for twelve ingredients, including 20 mg lutein and 10 mg zeaxanthin. VisiFlora discloses several vitamin and mineral amounts but places its carotenoids and other botanicals in a 351 mg proprietary blend. Vision 20 lists amounts for nine ingredients, including 20 mg lutein and 4 mg zeaxanthin.
Visivra's public page names six ingredients but does not show a full label or amounts. That makes a dose comparison with these products impossible. Readers who put a high value on label transparency have more information to work with in the published labels for iGenics, VisiFlora and Vision 20, though a disclosed amount alone does not prove a product works.
Safety and eye care
We could not verify a Visivra-specific safety profile because the seller does not disclose doses, ingredient forms or a complete label, and no trial of the finished formula was identified. Zinc is one ingredient named on the page. In a small crossover study of seven volunteers, taking zinc sulphate at the same time as tetracycline reduced tetracycline absorption; doxycycline absorption was not significantly changed [9]. Because Visivra's zinc amount and form are unknown, ask your pharmacist how to time any product containing zinc with your prescriptions. Ask a doctor or pharmacist to review the full product label before starting it, especially if you take medication or already use a multivitamin or eye formula. Do not change prescribed care based on a supplement page.
Keep scheduled eye exams. Supplements do not replace an eye exam, glasses or care recommended by an optometrist or ophthalmologist. New, sudden or worsening vision changes deserve medical attention. Results vary from person to person.
