TribalForce X review: a vitality formula made of memory ingredients
TribalForce X is sold as a men's sexual wellness supplement. Its label reads more like a brain-health product. We compared each ingredient and dose with the human research and found very little that connects the formula to its marketing.
Our verdict: 2 / 5
| Ingredient evidence | 1 | Mostly memory-support ingredients; the only placebo-controlled sexual function trial we found for any of them was negative |
|---|---|---|
| Dosing vs. research | 1 | Every ingredient with a trial is present at a small fraction of the studied amount |
| Label transparency | 3 | Label lists every dose, but the sales page calls it a proprietary blend and its ingredient list does not match the label |
| Value and refund terms | 3 | $49 to $69 per bottle with free US shipping; 60 days from delivery, all bottles returned at your cost |
Worth considering if you have already seen your doctor, you take no prescription medication, and you are curious about a low-dose blend of ginkgo and bacopa with free shipping and a 60-day refund window.
Probably skip it if you want ingredients with human research on sexual wellness, you take any prescription drug (because of the St. John's wort), or you expect the testosterone effect printed on the bottle. We found no study in which these ingredients raised testosterone.
Please read this first: erection problems can be an early sign of heart or blood vessel issues, and they deserve a doctor's visit before you try any supplement. Among 9,457 men aged 55 and older followed in a large US prevention trial, those who newly developed erection problems had a 25% higher risk of later heart and blood vessel events, after adjusting for age, blood pressure, cholesterol, smoking and other factors [16]. A pooled analysis of 14 cohort studies with about 92,000 men found a 44% higher risk of cardiovascular events [17].

What TribalForce X is
TribalForce X is a capsule supplement sold through Digistore24, which handles orders and payment. The bottle label names the distributor as TribalForce X of Aurora, Colorado. Each bottle holds 30 capsules, and the serving is one capsule a day, taken 20 to 30 minutes before a meal according to the label. It is sold on the official website in 1, 3 and 6-bottle packages as a one-time payment.
The sales page describes it as a formula based on a 2,000-year-old African recipe that helps the body "absorb the necessary nutrients" for better performance in the bedroom. The bottle itself promises "optimal testosterone levels", stamina support and healthy libido. We return to each of these ideas below.
We describe the label in words because the seller does not grant permission to reproduce its images. The full label is on the official website.
The label and the sales page do not agree
Before looking at the research, a housekeeping problem. The sales page lists eight ingredients that include vinpocetine and leave out alpha-GPC. The bottle label lists eight ingredients that include alpha-GPC (5 mg) and no vinpocetine. The seller's affiliate page, meanwhile, refers to seven ingredients. The sales page FAQ also calls the formula a "proprietary blend", even though the label prints an amount for each ingredient.
We treat the label as the authority, because that is what goes in the bottle. If you buy, check the label on what arrives. If vinpocetine is listed, ask your doctor first, especially if you are on blood thinners.
The formula next to the research
For each ingredient we looked for human trials on sexual wellness in men. Where none existed, we noted what the ingredient has been studied for and at what amount.
| Ingredient | TribalForce X per day | Amount in human studies | How it compares |
|---|---|---|---|
| St. John's wort (0.3% extract) | 250 mg | 900 mg/day in a drug interaction study [6]; no placebo-controlled sexual wellness trial found [5] | Lower than the interaction study; no benefit trial to compare |
| L-Glutamine | 150 mg | No trial on sexual wellness in men found | Cannot be compared |
| Phosphatidylserine 4% complex | 125 mg of complex (about 5 mg phosphatidylserine if 4% is its content) | 100 to 300 mg/day of phosphatidylserine for memory [9] [10] | Roughly 20 to 60 times lower; memory, not sexual wellness |
| Bacopa extract (20% bacosides) | 120 mg | 300 mg/day of a standardized extract for memory [8] | About 40% of the studied amount; memory, not sexual wellness |
| Ginkgo leaf (24% extract) | 50 mg | 60 to 240 mg/day (average 209 mg) in an open trial [2]; placebo-controlled trial negative [1] | About a quarter of the open-trial average |
| N-Acetyl L-carnitine | 50 mg | 2 g/day plus 2 g/day propionyl-L-carnitine in men aged 60 to 74 [4] | About 40 times lower, without the second carnitine |
| Alpha-GPC | 5 mg | No trial on sexual wellness in men found | Cannot be compared |
| Huperzine A | 10 mcg | 400 to 800 mcg/day in an Alzheimer disease trial [12] | 40 to 80 times lower; memory, not sexual wellness |
Ginkgo: the one ingredient tested for sexual function
Ginkgo is the only ingredient here with a direct line of research on sexual function, and the vendor's own reference list cites the study that started it. In that open trial, 63 people with sexual side effects from antidepressants took ginkgo at an average of 209 mg a day, and the authors reported improvement in 76% of the men [2]. There was no placebo group.
When researchers tested the same idea against placebo, the result did not hold. In a two-month double-blind trial, ginkgo was no better than placebo at any point, and both groups improved somewhat, which the authors read as a strong placebo effect [1]. A 2021 systematic review of five randomized trials concluded that ginkgo showed no effect on sexual function in antidepressant users and limited positive effects overall, mainly in postmenopausal women [3]. TribalForce X provides 50 mg, about a quarter of the open-trial average.
Acetyl-L-carnitine: interesting study, very different dose
The most relevant trial for any TribalForce X ingredient is an Italian study of 120 men aged 60 to 74. For six months, one group took 2 g of propionyl-L-carnitine plus 2 g of acetyl-L-carnitine a day, one took testosterone and one took placebo. The carnitine group improved on erectile function scores, penile blood flow measures, mood and fatigue compared with placebo [4]. Two details matter here. The benefit faded when the men stopped, and the carnitine group showed no rise in total or free testosterone. TribalForce X has 50 mg of one of the two carnitines, roughly a fortieth of what that group took.
St. John's wort: the largest dose, and the biggest caution
At 250 mg, St. John's wort is the largest ingredient in the capsule. It is best known as a herbal remedy for low mood. A 2023 review of its effects on male sexual and reproductive health found 12 articles, mostly animal experiments, and concluded that its safety and efficacy in this area remain unclear. Some of the studies it reviewed raised the possibility of reduced libido or delayed ejaculation as side effects [5].
The larger concern is drug interactions. In a JAMA study, two weeks of St. John's wort (300 mg three times a day) doubled the clearance of a test drug processed by the liver enzyme CYP3A4. The authors noted that this enzyme handles at least half of all marketed medications [6]. TribalForce X uses a lower amount, and we cannot say how strong the effect would be at 250 mg. We would not take it alongside any prescription drug without a doctor's or pharmacist's approval.
Bacopa, phosphatidylserine and huperzine A: memory ingredients
These three are studied for memory and attention. A meta-analysis of nine randomized trials found that standardized bacopa extracts, taken for at least 12 weeks, modestly improved attention speed and reaction time [7]. A separate 12-week trial in adults over 65 used 300 mg a day [8]. TribalForce X has 120 mg.
Phosphatidylserine at 300 mg a day improved memory and behavior scores in a 494-patient trial of older adults with cognitive decline [9], and 100 to 300 mg a day helped memory in older adults with low starting scores [10]. The TribalForce X "4% complex" likely holds about 5 mg. Huperzine A has a Cochrane review in Alzheimer disease, which found some benefit but judged the evidence too weak for a recommendation [11]; a US trial found no benefit at 400 mcg a day and a possible one at 800 mcg [12]. The capsule has 10 mcg. None of these was tested for sexual wellness in the studies we found.
L-glutamine and alpha-GPC
We found no human trial linking either one to sexual wellness in men. At 150 mg and 5 mg, they are also small amounts. The vendor's reference for glutamine is a review on intestinal lining, which fits the sales page's "absorption" story but says nothing about sexual function.
What the marketing claims vs. what we could verify
"Optimal testosterone levels." This claim is printed on the bottle. The only trial we found that measured testosterone after one of these ingredients was the carnitine study, and it found no change in total or free testosterone at 2 g a day [4]. A 2021 review of popular men's testosterone and sexual wellness supplements found no whole product with published randomized trial evidence [15]. We found no study of TribalForce X.
An ancient African formula. We could not trace this to any publication. The botanicals on the label are better known from Chinese, Indian and European herbal traditions.
Nutrient absorption. The sales page says the formula helps the body absorb nutrients it needs for sexual performance. The seller's promotional material for affiliates goes further, attributing an absorption problem and changes in penile size to research at two universities. We searched PubMed and found no study supporting either idea, and no study of any ingredient here that measured anatomical size.
The vendor's reference list. We read it. It includes the open ginkgo trial above [2], a review of nootropics that concluded their benefit in healthy people is uncertain and flagged possible harms [14], and a laboratory analysis of 22 huperzine A products in which only two contained an amount within 10% of the label [13]. The rest are news articles, a textbook, a gut-health study and similar items. None tests TribalForce X.

Safety
St. John's wort is the main safety issue in this formula because it can speed up the breakdown of many common medicines [6]. Ginkgo trials reported headaches and stomach upset as side effects [2] [3]. Huperzine A works by blocking an enzyme that breaks down acetylcholine; its side effects in the Cochrane review were mild [11], but it is a drug-like compound, and lab testing has found that huperzine products often do not contain what the label says [13]. The label also notes that the capsule contains soy.
Talk to your doctor before starting TribalForce X if you take any prescription medication, including antidepressants, blood thinners, heart or blood pressure drugs, or medicines for memory. New or worsening problems with sexual function, chest pain, or shortness of breath with effort deserve prompt medical care. Results vary from person to person.

Frequently asked questions
Where can I buy TribalForce X?
On the official website, with Digistore24 handling the order. The seller does not allow listings on Amazon, eBay or other marketplaces, so products there may not be genuine or covered by the refund policy.
How long before I notice anything?
Results vary, and we found no study of this formula to give a timeline. The ingredient trials we read lasted from two months to six months, and the refund window is 60 days from delivery.
Does TribalForce X replace a visit to my doctor?
No. It is a dietary supplement. Because erection problems can signal heart or blood vessel issues, a checkup is the right first step. Do not stop or change a prescription without talking to your doctor.
Is it a subscription?
No. According to the seller, every order is a one-time purchase with no autoship.
